This is a comprehensive exam of your overall health and wellness. Doctor Weiss will listen to your health history narrative, and look carefully over your previous labs and medical notes. A specialized plan will be curated just for you to address the source of your illness and discomfort. Please bring your medical records with you. This exam can last up to an hour an a half.

Both in person and Telemedicine appointments are available. The cost of a follow up visit depends on the complexity of the  medical problem and time spent on the visit.

An electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is a test that checks for problems with the electrical activity of your heart.

If you are a current patient of Dr Weiss we are happy to help you fill out the medical portions of your school physicals, disability forms, and provide medical records etc. There will be a fee for the time spent to compile your forms.
